Linda Erendson, REALTOR®

About Me

I am a native Floridian who has always been more of a mountain and lake girl by heart. Several years ago I was fortunate enough to realize my lifelong dream, my husband and I now call east Tennessee home!

For 30yrs. I worked in the medical field. I was a Medical Office Administer for 25yrs and a CMA, AAMA. I have always loved helping and working with people. Early on in my career, I had a different path I wanted to take, but as life and time went on I stayed in the medical field. Yet, it always nagged at me that I didn't go after my real goal in life. I decided after we moved, instead of seeking another medical position, I would put everything I had into it and work towards attaining what I really wanted in life. Having always had a passion for everything real estate, the time was right for me to stop wishing and start doing. I studied hard, got my license and I can honestly say I have never been happier. I love being a part of my clients dreams coming true and taking that journey with them!

When my husband and I sold our Florida home to move here, we tried the "For Sale By Owner" route first. After getting absolutely nowhere, we knew it was time to hire a professional and the first ones we excluded were the ones who bombarded us on a daily basis. Next we excluded the ones who made extremely unrealistic promises and lastly we excluded the high-pressure agents who treated us like they were selling us a used car. We wanted an agent who knew what they were doing and how to negotiate, but that was personable and friendly yet calm. We found that agent and he has became a good friend to us.

That is what I want my clients to know about me. I sincerely understand how difficult it can be especially for a first-time buyer. It can be a difficult and an emotional process. I am here for you through EVERY step of the home buying process and I promise to do my darnedest to make it as enjoyable a process as I can....Linda
